With a background in finance and tax preparation, Dylan Gaynair brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to the world of life insurance and wealth planning. His career began in personal finance and tax strategy, helping hundreds of families navigate income optimization, deductions, and retirement contributions through seasonal work with Oasis Financial Services in Los Angeles from 2020–2024.Through this work, Dylan noticed a recurring problem: most clients were underinsured, unprepared for emergencies, and lacked a long-term plan for wealth protection or generational transfer. This realization inspired him to become a licensed life insurance broker, expanding his expertise into final expense, term life, mortgage protection, indexed universal life (IUL), and annuities.Today, Dylan is a licensed broker in California, Colorado, Texas, Tennessee, and Nebraska, and works independently to provide non-captive, client-first solutions. Being an independent broker means he’s not tied to any one company — instead, he partners with top-rated carriers to find the right plan at the best value for every client.
